Coloma, WI.   Inspired by a love of antiques, Mona Zelienka decided one day to have some Amish carpenters living in her rural Wisconsin neighborhood, build some reproductions and sell them at the local crafter's sale.

One of the attributing factors to their success has been a determination to provide products with lasting quality and design and also by having a system to manage the cost to manufacture, market and deliver these exclusive products.

After years of growth and the startup of additional locations they began to seriously look into upgrading their existing SBT accounting software. "We needed a more stable and reliable system," said EFY's Chief Financial Officer, Carol Diercks. "SBT was a good system to start with, but as our growth accelerated, it could not keep up with our needs."

While being shown how Navision Financials could be customized to their unique business processes, Carol asked if it would be possible to go live within a window of only eight weeks. "One of the unique requirements that we needed was a flexible commissions system and the ability to calculate royalties for the artists that craft our pieces." Said Chris Armstrong, National sales manager. "We also needed the ability to sift information from our system by marketing criteria such as territories and historical purchases."
