Saris Cycling Group Receives Microsoft® Dynamics Customer Excellence Award
Recognized for Outstanding Achievements in Productivity
WAUPACA, WI — FEBRUARY 21, 2012 — ABC Computers, Inc is pleased to announce their customer, Saris Cycling Group, was recognized by Microsoft® with the 2012 Productivity Award as part of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Excellence Awards program. They will be honored by Microsoft executives at an awards luncheon on Monday, March 19, at Convergence 2012 Houston, the premier Microsoft Dynamics user conference.
The 2012 Customer Excellence Awards, which are presented in 9 categories, recognize and celebrate Microsoft Dynamics customers that have achieved notable accomplishments using their Microsoft Dynamics solutions. There are 350,000 Microsoft Dynamics customers worldwide, and Saris Cycling Group is among a select group of only 13 honored this year.
Saris Cycling Group was recognized for its strong commitment to gaining efficiencies in manufacturing production and distribution. Working with Microsoft Dynamics certified partner, ABC Computers of Wisconsin and Indiana, Saris Cycling Group was able to more than double annual revenue with virtually no additional employees, reduce inventory by $1 million, and deliver on their vision to build and ship orders in 3 days or less, which is unprecedented in their industry.

Established in 1997, the Customer Excellence Awards are awarded each year at the Convergence user conference in the United States. Microsoft Dynamics partners and team members submit nominations. Judging teams for each of the categories rated nominations on category specific criteria. Proposed winners for each category were then presented and reviewed by a panel of Microsoft executive judges for final approval. As part of that final review, winning customers were chosen.
